Retreat Schedule & Information
Dates: February 2–6, 2026
Arrival – February 2, 2026
Arrive at Liberia International Airport, Costa Rica.
Once your flights are booked, please share your flight details with us. We will assign a driver to pick you up from the airport and transport you to the villas.
Departure – February 6, 2026
We will depart from the villas at 8:00 AM and arrive at Liberia International Airport by 9:30 AM.
If your departing flight is scheduled before 9:30 AM, please notify us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Meals & Refreshments
All meals during the retreat will be provided.
A private chef will prepare our meals, and drinks and snacks will be available throughout the retreat.
You are welcome to bring extra funds for additional drinks or snacks if desired.
Evening Meals & Attire
Each evening, we will enjoy a special meal together. Please feel free to dress up for these occasions.
