Once you arrive at the Liberia Airport in Costa Rica, we will take care of your food, lodging, and transportation.

There are 9 individual rooms at the resort and 9 individual bathrooms. Rooms will be assigned based upon time of booking.

• All day Excursion (8am-5pm)

Day 5

This should be the most refreshing style shoot you’ve ever been a part of! Because our style shoots are on location, split between two days, have multiple breakouts, and are only shared between 8 creatives… this is basically a dream.

Each style shoot will be 2-3 hours long. Day two there will be the following breakouts:

Day 2

• Style shoot (3-5:45pm sunset)

  • Bridal Set

  • Groom Set 

  • Ceremony Set

  • Dining Set

We will break the creatives into groups of 2 and will rotate every 30 minutes. After the two hours of rotations, the final 30 minutes will be open to go wherever.

Day 3, we will have two separate shoots that are engagement/modeling themed. The first set will be on a private catamaran from 8-12pm. Yes, a private catamaran! The second set will be back at our resort from 3:45-5:45 (sunset). We will have two groups of 4 for this session. One group will go from 3:45-4:45pm and the other from 4:45-5:45pm. We will draw names for who gets to go in each session.

We have hired two models from Costa Rica for the bride and groom sets on day 2, and we have hired two models for the engagement/modeling sets on day 3. Their photos are below.

Part of waking up the creative involves having fun! We’ve decided to not just have fun, but have an absolute blast by going on two mind blowing excursions. On day 3, we will be going on a private catamaran from 8-12pm. There will be a casual style shoot while we are sailing (think bonus shoot), but the focus of this time is for you to have fun!

On our final day we will be going on an adrenaline-filled adventure: zip lining, horseback riding through epic landscapes, jungle river tubing, and unwinding in natural hot springs and a volcanic mud bath—followed by a full Costa Rican buffet. It’s amazing! Get ready!

All of the excursions are included in the cost of the retreat.
